College recruiting isn’t luck
It’s strategy

Helping high school athletes and families
understand college recruiting &
take the right steps to earn a scholarship roster spot

Why Talent isn’t enough?

College recruiting is changing, and there are fewer roster spots and more competition for them. Rosters are tighter,  the transfer portal and the 5-on-5 rule has changed how coaches build their teams.

You also need a Plan.

That plan helps athletes get noticed by the right coaches, showcase what they can do, build relationships, and stay in the conversation.

OUR STORY

We’ve been in your shoes.

I’m Julia Szabo, a mom of a Division I volleyball player on a full athletic scholarship.
We learned what worked, what didn’t, and what we wish we had known earlier.

Now we're going through the process again with our high school baseball player , with more experience
and a better understanding of today's recruiting landscape.

Recruit2Play gives families a clear roadmap to move from uncertainty to action, and work toward earning a college roster spot with scholarship.
